Trust, honesty and thorough market knowledge. Not usually words used to describe an Estate Agent! I have used my 20 years plus experience in property to refine my offering to give maximum customer satisfaction.
I started in the industry in 2001 as a trainee for the largest corporate agency operating out of Sheerness. I have in that time since helped hundreds of families move in the area and as such have unrivalled experience. I know that no two moves are the same, not everyone wants the fastest sale and a rush to completion; with me you set the pace and I follow.
It all starts with an initial conversation. Too many Estate Agents are obsessed with booking “Market Appraisals” and “Valuations”, striving to hit targets and numbers on a figures board. I look to put people at ease and before giving any advice or suggestions, will take time to listen to your needs and wants.
What is a “Personal Estate Agent”? This is a very good question as this is a new concept in the UK. The idea is simple, I am the person who will work with you from start to finish. I am the person that will speak with your buyer, negotiate your offer, deal with your solicitors and finally hand your keys over on moving day. This is not an online “invisible” service, nor is it a high volume, sell as much as you can setup. I live locally, am accessible 24/7 and can be reached at any time. I do not have office hours; I do not go home at 6pm. I work from home, day and night to make sure my enquiries are dealt with promptly. The instant feedback I can provide works far better than the current high street agency who are dealing with perhaps 30+ clients at a time.
I am a proud resident of the Isle of Sheppey and have been since my family moved here in 1986. I support local businesses & charities and upon completion of every sale, I donate £100 to the local cause of my clients choosing.
